These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WhizzCars website (whizzcars.co.uk) and any booking made for our airport transfer, chauffeur, and taxi services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1.Our Services
WhizzCars provides pre-booked airport transfers, train station transfers, city-to-city transfers, and luxury chauffeur services across the UK, operated by licensed and insured drivers.
2.Bookings
- All bookings must include accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and (where applicable) flight or train details
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or message from us
- Fixed prices quoted at the time of booking are guaranteed and will not change due to traffic, standard waiting time, or route conditions, unless the journey details change
3.Cancellations & Amendments
- Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for a full refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation charge
- Amendments to pickup time, location, or vehicle type are subject to availability
4.Flight & Train Monitoring
For airport and station transfers, we monitor your flight or train in real time. A complimentary waiting period is included after your scheduled arrival time; charges may apply for delays beyond this period caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
5.Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey in cases of abusive behaviour, intoxication that poses a safety risk, or damage to the vehicle. Any cleaning or damage costs caused by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
6.Luggage & Belongings
Please ensure luggage fits within the specified limits for your chosen vehicle. WhizzCars is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return any belongings found.
7.Liability
WhizzCars maintains full insurance cover for all journeys. While we take every reasonable step to ensure timely and safe travel, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or airline/train operator delays.
8.Payment
Payments are processed securely at the time of booking or, where agreed, directly with the driver. All prices are inclusive of standard tolls, airport access charges, and VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise at booking.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
10.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
